Payment
Online payments are made using PayPal, This is a safe efficient way of making payments and is available in an ever increasing number of countries. However if for some reason you do not wish to use PayPal, we also provide mail order, Please Note ~ This is a slower process but we include it so as to try and meet everyones buying requirements.
Postage and Packing
Postage and Package is FREE for UK customers ~ Please Note ~ This is by 2nd Class Royal Mail with a delivery aim of 3 working days but no guarantee of this. For Further details please see

However, for customers requiring a faster UK delivery we also offer Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, if you require this then it is the bottom left-hand button on the online shop page
For none UK residents we dispatch to any destination and offer a variety of options and charges, these options vary depending on where you live. When ordering please select the appropriate button at the bottom of the online shop page to cover postage and packing charges to the country you wish your order to be dispatched to.
Orders are usually dispatched to registered PayPal addresses, If you require your order to be dispatched to an alternative address then let us know, either by email, buy@pro-tector.co.uk or in the Notes on the PayPal payment page
Delivery
It is our aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after receiving them. Normally orders received before Mid-Day are dispatched the same day. All orders normally being dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Please ensure that you enclose your preferred dispatching address and the correct payment to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum.
Returns
We have a simple and fair returns policy which is
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund (less postage and package) or exchange it for an item of the same value.
However, in the unlikely event that the item is faulty just return the item to us and we will send you a replacement and reimburse you for postage and package.
